Yes. Replies come in fastest on lists exactly like that. On one utility solar developer's list of 821 parcels he'd already mailed with no response, 96 landowners came back wanting to talk about an option to lease once we reached them by email. That's 1 in 9 parcels. 5 leases from that list are signed, with 5 more in negotiation. Mail and email reach different people on the same list.
Will landowners really reply to an email?
Your land team already emails landowners one at a time, and those emails get answers. This is the same email, sent to every owner on the list instead of the handful there was time for. Each one reads like the one your team would have written for that parcel, which is why it reaches the inbox and why owners write back.
How soon do landowners start replying?
The system takes about 14 days to set up the first time, but once that is done, you can expect to see results within that first week of sending. Once the system is setup, you can start campaigns the same day.
How is this different from a lead-gen agency?
